Chancy DeAnne’s journey in the music industry is a compelling narrative of reclaiming dreams and proving that age is no barrier to success when pursuing one’s passion. Her music reflects life’s ups and downs with undertones of perseverance and strength and a whole lot of love for country music.

This EP is my heart and soul poured into song,” Chancy said. “It’s an invitation to listen, reflect, and find a bit of yourself in my stories.”

Inspired by the success of cover videos she posted to TikTok, the registered nurse who was born in the heart of coal mining country in southwest Virginia, decided to embark on fulfilling a lifelong dream of singing and releasing original music. Music was a constant in her close-knit family’s lives including playing a significant role in her relationship with her brother who had Lesch Nyhan syndrome. Early responsibilities and a passion for her craft helped Chancy to develop her distinctive Southern twang which she would often use as a therapeutic tool, offering comfort and healing to her patients. Now, with her original music, Chancy looks to inspire and heal every listener she can reach with relatable stories and firsthand accounts of overcoming obstacles. Chancy DeAnne’s journey is a source of inspiration and a reminder that it’s never too late to pursue your dreams, no matter where life takes you.
